Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days for any reason. To arrange a return, simply log in to your account and create a return. Return shipping labels are priced at £3.50 within the UK, and this will be deducted from your refund.

Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed. You will receive email confirmation of refund processing. Refunds normally take 1-2 working days to land in your account, but sometimes it can take up to 10 working days.

If the product is not in resalable condition, you will be informed of the reasons and given the opportunity for the item to be shipped back to you.

 

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault is discovered at hello@summitandshore.co.uk. Please provide photographs or other evidence of the fault within the email, and we will advise further. Faulty products can be replaced free of charge, or returned to us for a full refund.
